Coming from the East:  Take RT 590S to RT 104W to Lake Avenue.  Make a right onto Lake Ave.  Follow Lake Avenue about 2.5 miles and arrive at 40 Stace Street on your right.  Stace Street is just after Charlotte Appliance and just before #42 school & 7 Eleven.  The gym is suite F (the farthest door in the back).

Coming from the West:  Take RT 490E to 390N to the Parkway going East.  Follow the Parkway to the end where you will hit Lake Avenue.  Make a right onto Lake Avenue.  Follow Lake Ave. until you arrive at 40 Stace Street.  Stace Street will be on your left immediately after #42 School & 7 Eleven, just before Charlotte Appliance.  The gym is suite F (the farthest door in the back).
