Rochester Elite All Heat Cheer and Tumbling Gym is owned and operated by Theresa Neidert (Brockport Varsity).  Theresa brings an exciting edge to the cheerleading atmosphere, and has created one of the best cheerleading programs in the Northeast.  Rochester Elite opened its doors June 4, 2004.  Each year we grow in numbers and in strength of our coaching staff and the cheerleader athletes that we create.  The Rochester Elite Coaching Staff is dedicated to giving their athletes the most innovative choreography in a safe and fun atmosphere. 

We are the home of several of Monroe County's finest, including 1st team All-County winners, Eddie Meath Senior Individual champions, multiple coach of the year winners, and much more!  We have the desire to see our cheerleaders succeed past our program and have helped many of our seniors on their collegiate journey.
